The villa is located in a private residential area of Gran Alicant with its own private swimming pool with 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. There is a spacious living/dining area fitted kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer, microwave oven hob, etc.

The Living area has a 3 seated sofa and a 2 seated sofa, 2 coffee tables with lamps. There is a TV with DVD player showing British and Spanish television programmes. There is also Internet access - all you need to bring is your laptop.

Ground Floor:

• Bedroom 1 - large double with en-suite
• Bedroom 2 - twin with a bathroom adjacent

First Floor:

• Bedroom 3 - twin with en-suite

On the first floor there are patio doors leading to a solarium. All bedrooms and living area are air conditioned and in winter time can be used as heaters. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and drawers and hair dryers.

From down stairs there are marble stairs leading to twin bedroom and a door leading to the solarium with table and chairs. Also found on the solarium is a pullout washing line.
